The Morning Run!

5:30 AM……..The alarm goes off and you are still in bed
5:40 AM  The next alarm goes and now you are still sleepy but you are atleast able to sit. You have a look at the mirror. Since you have high standards you decide running is a must to lose minor belly fat
5:43 AM You look outside and it is dark. Now you wonder what is wrong with you!
5:45 AM Looking at the phone hoping someone cancels but no one does
5:55 AM You leave home. The 10 min drive seems the longest in your life
6:10 AM Some stretch while you just limber on. You are still thinking about the bed
6:15 AM You start running or rather walk towards a run. You see people walking and wonder if they are doing the right thing.
6:18 AM You know when you carry water it means that it is going to be a long run
6:37 AM Still sleepy and you already want a water break
6:42 AM Finally a water break. Now you are thinking if this break will last forever. Unfortunately it just lasts for a min.
7:05 AM Now you are awake and your watch tells you that your pace is good. Shocking but you are happy
7:15 AM The sun comes out and suddenly you wonder why do you run in such a lousy place for running
7:17 AM Loads of people are running. Running has really caught up. You are both happy and angry
7:23 AM Why do people stare at runners? It is not like aliens have landed in the city
7:28 AM You are angry as a car has nearly hit you. Again you curse why do you have to go through this.
7:33 AM Water break and you dream of beer
7:45 AM Beer keeps you going and you plan for breakfast
7:49 AM Local dogs keeps you for company and now you are trying to catch up with your pack
7:51 AM You can see the finish point
7:52 AM You think you are Bolt for the last 100 meters and go flat out
7:55 AM Run is over and you are very very happy
7:56 AM Now you know why you get up in the morning and run

8:01 AM Plan where to head for breakfast
